springboot 配置 OpenFeign 时报错：Servlet.service() for servlet [dispatcherServlet] in context with path [

报错内容如下：

我在测试时忘记把另一个服务端启动，因为非springcloud项目，所以一直以为配置问题，准备放弃睡觉时发现另一个服务端没启动，启动之后发现能成功。
