JIRA 规范 -- Cause Code

Level 1	Level 2	Level 3	Introduction
inquire （系统没有问题，用户理解问题或咨询） (User's inquire or misunderstanding, no error happened)	Why System/Function logic /Why result like this		用户咨询当前系统或功能逻辑 User is asking system or function logic.
	Authorization		咨询如何申请权限，需要什么权限，用户因为缺少权限而无法使用、访问 User is asking how to apply authorization, or what authriozation is necessary to support his/her operation. User dont has enough authorization to perform the operation.
	How to operate		用户咨询如何操作、使用 User is asking how to use the function/system.
Issue （产生了问题，业务无法继续） ( Error happend and biz has been interupted)	User operation issue (exclude data issue)		用户操作错误，如使用了错误的功能、T code，但不包含维护了错误的数据 The issues due to user's incorrect operation, such as used the wrong function/T code, but exclude inputing the incoorect data.
	User client config issue		用户客户端配置问题 The cofiguration issue of user side.
	Data maintenance issue (Biz)		业务数据维护错误，指业务用户输入了错误的数据 Biz user input/maintained the incorrect data.
	Role assignment/design issue		权限分配问题，权限设计问题 Assigned the incorrect role to biz users or currect role design has problem
	ID lock		账号被锁 User's ID has been locked
	Data transmission issue		数据传输问题，业务数据在传输过程中出现问题，数据不一致 Data is inconsistent during transmission
	Code defect		代码问题 There is code error/bug issue
	Config issue		配置问题 Incorrect system configuration or parameter.
	Performance issue		系统性能问题 Low system performance make date or job delay.
	Solution design gap	Biz Change IT Solution problem	IT方案与业务需求之间存在Gap，当前IT方案无法支撑业务，需要进行功能增强或新项目 There is gap between IT solution & biz requirements. Current IT solution cannot suppor business, due to biz growth or biz process change, etc. Function enhancement or new project is needed.
	IT operation issue		IT工程师操作错误导致的问题 Issue is caused by the mistake of IT team.
	3rd party (No Lenovo IT)	Function abnormal	第三方应用系统功能异常 Issue is caused by 3rd party application function abormal
		Availability issue	第三方应用系统可用性问题，不可用或性能有问题 Issue is caused by 3rd party application unavailable or performance problem
		Security	第三方系统安全问题，比如安全证书过期等 Issue is caused by the security issue of 3rd party application, such as certification is expired.
		Data issue	第三方系统数据问题 Issue is caused by the incorrect data from 3rd party application.
	Infra	Network issue	网络问题导致的问题 Issues caused by network problem, such as network unstable or disconnected.
		DB issue	数据库问题 Issues caused by Database problem
		Security issue	安全问题，比如安全补丁所导致的问题, 黑客攻击等 Security related issues, such as security patch issue，hacker attack.
		Hardware issue	硬件故障导致的问题 Issues caused by hardware failure
		OS issue	操作系统异常导致的问题 Issues caused by OS problem
		Power issue	电源问题 Issues caused by power failure.
		Basis issue	Basis层面问题 Issues caused by basis level problem.
Requests	Special biz scenario support		临时支持业务操作，IT临时介入支持业务操作，debug change应视具体场景选择cause code In order to support business to perform a temporary operation. If it is a debug request, should select the proper cause code based on actual scenario.
	Temporary auth request		配置临时权限 User is requesting a temporary authorization
Auto Recovery			系统自动恢复，不需要处理 There was a error happend, but system is recovered automatically, do not need to take actions
No Error （For Monitor Alert）			主要为监控单据，遇到监控报警，但没有造成故障 System no error happend, normally for monitor alert.
