commit报错——husky ＞ commit-msg hook failed (add --no-verify to bypass)

husky > commit-msg hook failed (add --no-verify to bypass)

从github上拉取下来的项目，提交的时候总是报错如上。

查了很多资料，资料上说的有两种解决办法，两种都试过了，但是目前只有第一种生效了

对于我来说，是最后一种方式生效了，即：git commit --no-verify -m "备注"
