表示时间

in通常用于年月，季节，白天晚上等词前（>1天）

• in 2017
• in May,2017
• in the morning
• in the afternoon

on通常用于星期，节日或具体的某一天(=1天)

• on Monday
• on Monday morning
• on March 1st,2017
• on the afternoon of May 2nd

• on a windy evening(前有修饰词,具体到刮风的那天晚上,属于具体某一天用on)
• on a cold night

at通常用于钟点,夜晚中午或某些固定短语中(<1天)

表示地点

in表示在….里,用于内部,on表示在…上,用于表面接触

• There is some tea in the cup.
• There are some apples on the table.

在表示某地时,in后接大地点,at后接小地点

注意区别:

• on the tree 树上生长的,如果实等
• in the tree 外来物落在树上,如小鸟等
• on the wall 在墙的表面,如图片等
