Design future life insurance contract transaction report in Life/Asia

Life/Asia doesnt offer life contract transaction future report facility. So we decide to develop this function to help operation department to arrange their human resource more reasonable, finance department will also benefit from this function by prepare their captital allocation more precise.

The future contract transaction report will consist of following report

<1>Dividend allocation report.

<2>Coupon allocation report

<3>Renewal report

<4>maturate report

<5>lapse report.

 

Design Solution:

(1)Create a physical file to save furture report information. This file should include following fields.

CNTBRANCH

CHDRNUM

STMDATE(transaction EFFDATE)

CRTDATE

LIFE

COVERAGE

RIDER

PLANSUFFIX

CRTABLE

REPORTCATEGORY

AMT01..

AMT10

(2)Create batch programs which extract future reports(div/coupon/renwal and so on) for next month,respectively.

(3)Create a job schedule, first process will delete old future report data, consequence process will call batch programs which created in prior step.

(4) The job schedule will run at month end.

(5)provide a web page, user can all query future reports by selected date range. Excel download is perferred.
