加速Jdeveloper 内置WebLogic的启动速度

如果在启动Jdev内置的WLS发现有下面的log输入，说明运行的主机网卡绑定多了多个IP地址。这样就会造成WLS启动时的额外的时间开销。可以在WLS Console中写死当前服务器的IP地址来避免绑定多个IP。

两种情况下，启动的速度可以相差20秒左右。
