rm -rf ~/.cocoapods/repos/master

这个错误报的很纠结

解决办法

手动克隆repo的master仓库
* ~/.cocoapods/repos/master删除仓库
* git clone https://github.com/CocoaPods/Specs.git ~/.cocoapods/repos/master
* pod repo update
