ORA-00257: archiver error. Connect internal only, until freed 解决办法，原因 redo log 无法切换

故障现象：
plsql登陆发生报错
ORA-00257: archiver error. Connect internal only, until freed
[oracle@dg1 ~]$ oerr ora 00257
