pip install scrpy 报错： command 'gcc' failed with exit status 1

报错如下：

问题原因：没有安装python-devel包
执行yum install python-devel 即可。
注意：1、如果找不到安装包，可以安装epel yum 源头：
yum install epel-release
2、如果目标Python版本是Python3则要安装对应的python3-devel
