例出几个非常有用的站，其实更多的是在各种论坛和博客里，google才是王道。

1.官网这个不用多说了，其实google出来就行

2.Peter大神的blog，一般想要的东西他都有例子，3,4都有，还加上了AS，细节就要自己琢磨或google了.

3.Flex3的组件例子，挺不错的，虽然现在做Flex4和AS比较多了，但是可以用来参考
