winform程序捕获全局异常，对错误信息写入日志

      Winform程序在非调试和交付客户使用阶段，经常会出现一些未捕捉处理的异常，导致程序崩溃。这时如果没有错误日志的输出会让人捉襟见肘，无从排查，所以对程序全局异常的捕获和日志输出显得格外重要。

     以下提供一种简单的全局异常捕获的方式：
