出错原因是：使用最新mysql最新驱动
解决方案：在java的JDBC API中的URL属性后面加上
?serverTimezone=UTC （注意大小写必须一致）

UTC ：协调世界时，又称世界统一时间、世界标准时间、国际协调时间
也可以用GMT。
如：

url=jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/db3?serverTimezone=UTC&useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=utf8
或
url=jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/db3?serverTimezone=GMT&useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=utf8
