近期目标制定

主要目标java ， 系统分析与设计，英语。

java主攻jsp ,servlet , java基础，hibernate，struts，spring

系统分析主要任务读完两本书，UML用户指南，UML统一建模过程

英语加强阅读，听力，和口语。

   becoming a software expert with good culture and International background , proffessional knowledge

mission :

  technic skill , software theory, English, communication, domain knowledge

 

Objective : broad cast knowledge and international work experience, cross-country background, strong communication  skill,this year continue to expand my software skills and place an important action on theory study

and pay more attention to english study

 

action :

pay more attention to practice oral english and listening english

 

study c# , .net and enhance java technology, write more conclusion articles

 

pay more attention to study UML theory and do more practice on draw UML diagram and

design in UML and analysis in UML

 

read more books without relationship with my job, expand my vision , training more ability(reading more, reading more good books, practice more and think more)
