解决方案，参考其他方案删除yarn文件夹的思路

c盘全局搜索yarn 发现

C:\Users\zhangweixin\AppData\Roaming\npm\node_modules\yarn  删除 yarn 文件夹即可

当然我也删除了

C:\Users\zhangweixin\AppData\Roaming\npm-cache\yarn （可能不是这个影响）
