手动配置静态资源映射:

我使用的是spring2.x

public class WebConf extends WebMvcConfigurationSupport {

    public void addResourceHandlers(ResourceHandlerRegistry registry) {

        registry.addResourceHandler("/static/**").addResourceLocations("classpath:/static/");
