step1:
下载brew install lrzsz
step2:
将iterm2-send-zmodem.sh和iterm2-recv-zmodem.sh保存到/usr/local/bin目录下
添加权限：
chmod 777 /usr/local/bin/iterm2-send-zmodem.sh
chmod 777 /usr/local/bin/iterm2-recv-zmodem.sh
step3:**
设置Iterm2的Tirgger特性

• 设置Iterm2的Tirgger特性，profiles->open profiles→Profiles→Advanced中的Tirggers-edit
  键入以下两条内容：
  Regular expression: rz waiting to receive.**B0100
  Action: Run Silent Coprocess
  Parameters: /usr/local/bin/iterm2-send-zmodem.sh

Action: Run Silent Coprocess
Parameters: /usr/local/bin/iterm2-recv-zmodem.sh
