When you try to access a network path (FQDN) by “start”-“run”-”//machine_name/share_name”, and meet error message “No network provider accepted the given network path.” But when you open the Command Console (“start“-“run“-“cmd“), you can ping that machine successfully by using the FQDN.

If you meet this situation,To Solve This Problem,
1run “sfc /scannow” may be able to solve the problem.
2. Make sure you are able to ping the Workstation by FQDN
3. Simply Enable File and Print Sharing For Microsoft Networks From Properties of Local Area Connection.
4,Change the Security Policy
Network security: LAN Manager authentication level: Send LM & NTLM responses

5,Make sure client for microsoft networks did not get deleted from the properties of the network connection, that fixed it for me.
