左中右结构标题栏实现技巧

标题栏：

两种实现方式：
1. 使用RelativeLayout（这种方式在此不实现）
2. 使用LinearLayout（重点介绍）

注：如果要在活动中使用这个标题栏，别忘了把系统自带的标题栏隐藏掉。
