准备用Jetpack写一份新框架，顺带把gradle也升到最新版

编译遇到问题：

解决方案：

settings.gradle 和项目的build.gradle中添加

maven { url 'https://maven.aliyun.com/repository/gradle-plugin' }

如果还是会有问题：

则把settins.gradle中的dependencyResolutionManagement这一段注掉，在项目中build.gradle里添加

allprojects {
    repositories {
        maven { url 'https://maven.aliyun.com/repository/public' }
        maven { url 'https://maven.aliyun.com/repository/google' }
        maven { url 'https://maven.aliyun.com/repository/gradle-plugin' }
        maven { url 'https://www.jitpack.io' }
        google()
        mavenCentral()
    }
}
