剑指offer 面试题9 用两个栈实现队列

用两个栈来实现一个队列，完成队列的Push和Pop操作。 队列中的元素为int类型。

思路很简单，stack1栈负责push, stack2栈负责pop, stack2这个栈空的时候，要把stack1的元素全部压入stack2
