mysql字符编码的设置ini

网上众说纷纭，经过几个小时的调试，现总结如下：

在命令行的那套设置方法就不要信了，只要服务重启就会重置。

只能修改my.ini文件(我是win7)，这个文件的具体位置也是众说纷纭，在我这，是放在bin下的，不是MYSQL根目录也不是c:/windows。

最让人头疼的就是改这个ini文件，加这个加那个，加哪啊？网上查资料真跟探案一样，抽丝剥茧，终于试验成功。
