How to fix GPG in updater

Error Log like this:

The solution should be:
sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys SOMEKEY

However it goes timeout every time. No matter you use key.mit.edu OR keys.gpg.net ````
