创建项目：

vue create my-project

运行开发版本：

cd my-project
yarn serve

编译生产版本：

yarn build

什么是 Vue CLI 服务？

The Vue CLI Service is a run-time dependency (@vue/cli-service) that abstracts webpack and provides default configurations. It can be upgraded, configured and extended with plugins.
