go mod proxy

go get 经常被 404  ，出现以下错误

 dial tcp 34.64.4.113:443: connect: connection refused

使用过glide 、gvt ，在go mod 出来后再次做了尝试，依然被great fire wall 拦截，

国内的开源社区对相关包做了镜像，设置对应的proxy即可；
