js格式化日期（拿去直接输出即可）

展示原生写法：

使用方法：将需要格式化的时间直接传入即可，同时在传入自己想要获取的时间格式format，直接输出即可。

其中“yyyy-MM-dd hh:mm:ss qq”分别对应【年、月、日 时、分、秒 当前季度】
