Installation failed with message Failed to establish session解决方案

在使用红米Note4X调试时，报以下异常：

Installation failed with message Failed to establish session.

It is possible that this issue is resolved by uninstalling an existing version of the apk if it is present, and then re-installing.

WARNING: Uninstalling will remove the application data!

Do you want to uninstall the existing application?

推荐解决方案：：

用Android studio 2.3+ 调度程序时提示 “Installation failed with message Failed to establish session”错误，需要在在开发者选项里   关闭MIUI优化！

PS：经测试发现：

1. 不关闭 MIUI优化 无法安装调试版本应用

2.不关闭MIUI优化，无法调试已安装的应用
