Windows XP系统IIS的Server Application Error的解决办法

　　本地浏览网页的时候没有正确加载网页，直接出现

 

　　The server has encountered an error while loading an application during the processing of your request. Please refer to the event log for more detail information. Please contact the server administrator for assistance.

　　的错误，解决办法如下：

　　1、右键我的电脑-管理-本地用户和组-用户，给IUSR_机器名(Internet来宾帐户)和IWAM_机器名(启动IIS进程帐户)两个用户设置相同的密码。

　　2、开始-运行-cmd
　　C:/Documents and Settings/Administrator>cd C:/Inetpub/Adminscripts

　　C:/Inetpub/AdminScripts>cscript.exe adsutil.vbs set w3svc/wamuserpass 111111

　　C:/Inetpub/AdminScripts>cscript.exe adsutil.vbs set w3svc/anonymoususerpass 111111

　　C:/Inetpub/AdminScripts>cscript.exe synciwam.vbs -v

　　然后重启IIS即可
