解决在Hyper-V或SCVMM2012上运行虚拟机或执行实时迁移时，出现error 0x80070569的问题

1. 在windows server 2012的hyper-V或者SCVMM 2012上运行虚拟机的时候，有可能会出现如下错误信息：
    Error 0x80070569 ('VM_NAME' failed to start worker process: Logon Failure: The user has not been granted the requested logon type at this computer.)


    或者在故障转移集群或SCVMM 2012上实时迁移虚拟机的时候会出现如下错误信息：
    Failed to create Planned Virtual Machine at migration destination: Logon failure: the user has not been granted the requested logon type at this computer. (0x80070569)


2.  造成这个问题的原因，是NT Virtual Machine\Virtual Machines 这个帐号没有被配置在“作为服务登陆”的策略，而就对Hyper-V主机做操作

4. 打开AD server中的“组策略管理器”
    


5. 找到“Default Domain Police” 选中“编辑”打开
    

6. 展开“计算机配置”，找到“安全设置”，“本地策略”，“用户权限分配”，“作为服务登录”，添加上“NT Virtual Machine\Virtual Machines ”
