This SDK installation steps are specific for virgin environment even without installing JDK and JRE
1. Download JDK 6.0 and Netbeans from
2. Install JDK 6.0
3. Download Google Android SDK
4. Unpack Android SDK
5. Download Eclipse 3.4
6. Unpack Eclipse 3.4
7. Install Android Develop Toolkit by Eclipse updating funtionality
a. use http not https as update site protocal
b. You should install both Android Develop Tools and Android Editors while installer would ask you
c. It will take a little time to download and install the plug-in
8.Add Android tools directory into PATH
Create existing project and launch it within emulator
You should configure Android SDK directory in Eclipse firstly
1. Windows->preference
2. Android you need to refer SDK location to the Android SDK folder, e.g. F:/Android/android-sdk-windows-1.0_r1
Then, you can attemp to create an existing project
1. Start Eclipse
2. Select a workspace
3. File->New->Project select Android project
4. Set the project name and choose “create and existing project” option, select existing project folder
5. finish
6. Run->Run configuration
7. Select the project to be run
