 This English saying means we should not impatient to do one thing, we should be perseverent.

这句英文谚语是说我们作事情不要急于求成，要有耐心和毅力。

The famous actress Zhang Manyu said to the youth who are crazy on being movie stars, 'if you will never be a well known movie star, do you want to be a actor or actress? if your answer is yes pursuing your dream right along, or else giving up please.'

著名演员张曼玉曾经对那些热衷于做明星的年轻人说：“如果你永远都不会成为明星，你还愿意做演员吗？如果你的回答是肯定的，那就继续追逐你的梦想，否则，就放弃吧”。

This tell us if you want to be successful, you should do something you love the most, then try your best to work for the goal. Because while you pursue your dream, you must meet with many difficulties  during the process, if you have no enough passion for your work, you may give up and get nothing.

Nowadays there are many stories tell us some people can be successful over one night, many people are eager to be successful quickly as well. They always think make a lot of money in a short time is the great successful. But what is the success in deed, we know many rich people, we also know their tragedy. We have a dream and we can prove we can achieve it. When you achieve it by your long term hard work, conquering many difficulties, you will be mature, you will have different understanding about the success.

如今有很多故事告诉我们如何一夜成名，许多人也渴望迅速成功，他们通常认为在短时间内赚很多钱就是最大的成功。但是什么是真正的成功呢，我们知道很多富有的人，他们活的也不是很幸福。我们拥有一个梦想然后去证明我们可以完成他，当你通过艰苦努力，克服重重困难完成他的时候，你就会变得成熟，对成功就会有不同的理解。

A famous writer said, the process one pursues success just like climbing a mount, when he stands at the foot of the mount, he has a lot of passion and dreams to climb the top in a short time, but when he climbs to the middle of the mount he can't see the top, the foot is far away from him, he is exausted and quite depressed. Finally he conquors many difficulties and climbs to the top of the mount he enjoys the sense of achievement. Most of them can't climb to the top of the mont for all kinds of difficulties they met with during the process. Only those perseverant can achive their goal.
