byte数组与int的互转

在Java中，byte数组与整型（int）的互转。

1、byte数组到整型（int）

	 * byte数组转换为整型

	 */

        int value = 0;
        for (int i = b.length-1; i >=0; i--) {

2、整型（int）到byte数组

	 */

        byte[] value = new byte[4];

            int shift = i * 8;
