storage

1. register寄存器 fastest storage，exists in processor，the number is limited，allocated as they are needed
2. the stack 栈 in RAM area，has direct support from the processor via its stack pointer， object references stored on the stack，Java system must know the exact lifetime of all the items that are stored on the stack.
3. heap 堆 in RAM area，where objects live，no need to know how long things are stored on the heap，there’s a price you pay for this flexibility(take more time to allocate and clean up heap storage)
4. constant storage 常量存储 constant values are often placed directly in the program code
5. non-RAM storage 非RAM存储

special case: primitive types.placed on the stack(more efficient)，The created variable holds the value directly but is not a reference.
