NotImplementedError: Loading a dataset cached in a LocalFileSystem is not supported.

今天跑huggingface示例的时候，发现有下面的报错：

NotImplementedError: Loading a dataset cached in a LocalFileSystem is not supported.

可以发现，datasets这个库出了问题，经过上网查资料，发现是版本太过落后，解决方案如下：先升级pip到最新版本，然后更新datasets

python -m pip install --upgrade pip  
pip install -U datasets

成功！
