PhpStrom更改配置文件的路径，重装或更新版本后不用重新配置参数

以PhpStrom 2020.1为例，找到安装目录中bin目录，下有个 idea.properties 文件，使用文件编辑器打开。

# Use ${idea.home.path} macro to specify location relative to IDE installation home.
# Use ${xxx} where xxx is any Java property (including defined in previous lines of this file) to refer to its value.
# Note for Windows users: please make sure you're using forward slashes (e.g. c:/idea/system).

idea.config.path=D:/Users/***/PhpStorm/config

idea.system.path=D:/Users/***/PhpStorm/system

大概：8,13,23行，找到 idea.config.path , idea.system.path 改成你自己的路径，同时去掉前面的#。还有 idta.log.path 去掉前面的#号

这样操作后，以后不管你换版本还是重装系统，配置信息是不会丢的。
