在首先检查FrameWord版本（iis6》网站》属性》asp。net版本  。。。。 iis7》网站》管理网站》高级设置》应用程序池）是否对应，iis中有两个FrameWord版本2.0和4.0选择，但是发现并不是这里的问题，后来发现是程序安装的FrameWord版本问题，由于自身开发电脑装的是4.5，服务器上是4.0，在服务器上下载4.5安装后解决
