1、加入依赖，
注意:
provided这个标签在jstl和tomcat-embed-jasper中不要加入
否则访问的时候会出现404错误。这个标签provided表示，打包的时候不需要。

1、在application.properties中加入配置

页面默认前缀目录

spring.mvc.view.prefix=/WEB-INF/jsp/

响应页面默认后缀

spring.mvc.view.suffix=.jsp

自定义属性，可以在Controller中读取

application.hello=Hello Angel From application

2、创建启动类，这个类必须在java下的某一个包里面，否则启动时候进程关闭，启动失败。

@SpringBootApplication
public class APP {

    public static void main(String[] args){
        SpringApplication.run(APP.class);
    }
}

3、创建一个Controller

@Controller
public class JspController {
    @Value("${application.hello:Hello Angel}")
    private String hello;
    @RequestMapping("/helloJsp")
    public String helloJsp(Model model){
        System.out.println("HelloController.helloJsp().hello="+hello);
        model.addAttribute("hello",hello);
        return "helloJsp";
    }
}

4、在WEB-INF下创建一个目录，与application.properties的配置文件一致。
创建jsp文件

<head>
    <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8">
    <title>Insert title here</title>
</head>
<body>
helloJsp
<hr>
    ${hello}
</body>
</html>
