IDEA SpringMVC 访问页面404

项目配置好后，启动服务器，初始页面能够顺利访问（localhost:8080的index.jsp），

但是输入@RequestMapping中的路径会报404的错误。

这个问题研究了大半天，网上的解决方式都用过了还是没有办法，

然后将项目中的文件都调查了一遍误打误撞解决了，如果有了解原因的大神求解答一下：

然后就启动tomcat结果报了404，IDEA也没有输出错误信息，controller里面的打印也没有打印出来，

但是经过调查发现out和target生成的内容不全：

误打误撞的操作就在这里了，IDEA里面有个工程配置文件，里面的内容是这样的：

其中有两个component，然后鬼使神差地删掉了下面的这个component：

CLEAN一下重新启动服务器，目录结构发生变化啦（旧的明显矮一截。。。）：

然后重新打开网页，页面就能够正常显示啦！！

但是这样调整的原因是什么呢，希望有大神指教指教~~
