解决办法：

说明：你可能引用的第三方库minSdkVersion的版本不一致，gradle 组装-信息确实给了我提示清单有不同版本的 SDK 并不能合并。

我遇到的情况是由于我的一个外部project 整合的时候它的build.gradle 的 minSdkVersion 17 ， 大于或小于了引入project的14，所以出错，改成相同即可。
