修改filesystemio_options 引起的故障

数据库版本：

Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.1.0 - 64bit Production
With the Partitioning, OLAP, Data Mining and Real Application Testing options

主库设置filesystemio_options  为setall

重启备库：

Permanent or transient corruptions with zeroed out blocks when using ext4 file system on Linux (i.e. Redhat RHEL 5 and RHEL6 , Oracle Linux OEL5,OEL6)  and the database parameter filesystemio_options is defined to SETALL.  It produces different corruption errors for datafiles, redo log files, etc.
