Smart cast to 'Type' is impossible, because 'variable' is a mutable property that could have been

我之前在开发jvm应用（kotlin语言）的时候，遇到一个bug。代码如下：

if(question.x !=null){
    questionProfile.setX(question.x.toTimeStamp())
}

IDE报错：Smart cast to ‘Type’ is impossible, because ‘variable’ is a mutable property that could have been changed by this time.
这是一个编译时错误。

因为jvm是多线程，所以有可能另一个线程可能在下面这个阶段改变question.x的value。

if(question.x !=null){
// 另一个线程在这个阶段可能改变question.x。如果改成null,之后的代码会报错。
    questionProfile.setX(question.x.toTimeStamp())
}

编译器为了保证运行时的安全，所以为了安全起见，这样的代码是不能通过编译的。为了实现同样的目的，我们需要利用safe call

questionProfile.setX(question.x?.toTimeStamp())

或者

question.x?.let{it -> questionProfile.setX(question.x)}

避免另外的线程改变question.x
