在webapp下面建立image目录，所有图像存放这里.

原理

这里springmvc 的DispatcherServlet本质是使用使用一个 SimpleUrlHandlerMapping来处理，和RequestMappingHandlerMapping处理@Controller和@RequestMapping不同。底层实际使用的是Resource接口进行读写。

其中ResourceHttpRequestHandler也会根据请求中是否有下面Header

If-Modified-Since:Wed, 14 Sep 2016 07:08:39 GMT

根据If-Modified-Since和资源文件的最近修改时间做比较。。
