Theserver is not reeady for publishing.Please check if the Publishing Tools on the serverare started

问题:Theserver is not reeady for publishing.Please check if the Publishing Tools on the server(System/Publishing Tools)are started.

打开arcgis server manager->管理服务——>System 如下图所示：要让Publishing Tools启动，如果打开的时候时启动状态，就停止后再启动，若启动较慢就重启电脑，再启动。
