快速上手的一些练习。每个练习都比较小，大概需要10分钟到2小  时吧。
基础： 
1.create a view-based app，design the view in the interface builder, create some interaction between the controllers.

2. create the same app, but don't use the interface builder, instead, instantiate the controls programmatically (with code)

3. create an app to use UINavigationController

4. create an app to use UITableView

进阶
1. add some images in a project, and show it in the app.

2. create an app to handle touch events.

3. design an app with a lot of memory allocations, find out a way to prove that there is no memory leak.
