将Rmarkdown 转为html或pdf

 

编写一个测试 Rmarkdown， t2.Rmd

embed plots, for example

```{r scatter plot, echo=FALSE}

在R里执行

setwd("C:\\Users\\admin\\Desktop")
library(knitr)
knit("t2.Rmd")

然后使用pandoc 和 chrome 可以转为 pdf格式

pandoc -f markdown -t html -o t2.html t2.md

C:\Users\admin\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe --headless --disable-gpu --print-to-pdf="C:\Users\admin\Desktop\test1.pdf" --no-margins --user-data-dir="C:\Users\admin\Desktop" "C:\Users\admin\Desktop\t2.html"

结果为 html格式和 pdf格式。
