Solution to Eclipse Warning with SVN – The Resource is a Duplicate of and Was Not Copied to the Output FolderLeave a comment ?
Problem:
In Eclipse your workspace produces a warning like:
“The resource is a duplicate of src/.svn/entries and was not copied to the output folder entries /s/gen/.svn”
Cause:
Your project in Eclipse is under an external SVN source control.
Solution
方案1:
Manually exclude the .svn folders and files that are causing the issue, by doing the following:
1. Right click on project in the Project Explorer
2. Properties->Java Build Path
3. Click add folder to add any svn folders that are causing the issue.
4. Expand that folder and double click “excluded”.
5. Under the “Exclusion patterns:” click add and browse to the .svn file/folder to exclude.
Repeat this for every svn folder and file which is showing in the workspace warnings.
方案2:
安装maven的eclipse plugin “m2e”.
方案3:
pom中添加如下配置
<build> <resources> <resource> <directory>src/main/resources</directory> <includes> <include>**/*</include> </includes> <excludes> <exclude>**/.svn/</exclude> </excludes> </resource> </resources> <testResources> <testResource> <directory>src/test/resources</directory> <includes> <include>**/*</include> </includes> <excludes> <exclude>**/.svn/</exclude> </excludes> </testResource> </testResources> </build>
