解决struts2在weblogic10下无法找到struts-tags.tld的问题

报错信息

解决办法
将struts2-core-2.1.6.jar/META-INF/struts-tags.tld拷贝到项目WEB-INF/tlds/struts-tags.tld

然后在web.xml中加入红色的部分
