Obiee Chart can not display Chinese on IOS(Ipad&Iphone)

On IOS including the Ipad and Iphone , the OBIEE can not display the Chinese character as below :

Analytics: On windows browse the obiee chart is created by flash, but the IOS is not support the flash then the obiee use java api to create a picture on the server side and send it on the browser to instead the flash chart(smart idea), but if the obiee jdk do not have the Chinese fonts , it will use the white block to instead the Chinese charactor, till now the problem is a java issue.

Resloving:

1. cd to the obiee jdk fonts directory, for example :$OBIEE_HOME/Oracle_BI1/jdk/jre/lib/fonts

2. create a fallback folder : mkdir fallback

3. copy the Chinese fonts into the fallback from windows or other OS you can find, on WIN7 the dir where stored fonts is "C:\Windows\Fonts",below is Chinese fonts copyed  

    MSYHBD.TTC  msyhbd.ttf  msyh.ttf  simsun.ttc
4. restart the obiee server
