Mac outlook设置自动回复

outlook是公司必不可少的软件， 在mac下开发，当然用的是mac版的outlook，今天介绍一下如何设置mac下outlook的自动回复。

有两种方式的帐号，一种是Exchange account,一种是pop/imap account.

首先说exchange account

1.打开mac下的outlook.

2.在菜单Tools中选择Out of office,如图

由于我的account是e-mail型的，所以不能选择。

To have your Exchange account reply to new messages automatically (even when Outlook for Mac is not running):

• SelectTools | Out of Office…from the menu in Outlook for Mac.
• Make sureSend Out Of Office messagesis selected.
• Enter the desired message underReply to messages with:
  • Include when — or if — people mailing you in your absence can expect a personal answer. This might be some time after you will have returned.
• Make sureMore optionsare visible.
• If you know when you will be unavailable:
  • Make sureI am out of the office between.
  • Enter the date and time you'll leave behind email underStart date:.
  • Enter the date and time you'll be back underEnd date:.
• To have Exchange send messages not only to people in your organization:
  • Make sureSend replies outside my company to:is checked.
  • SelectAddress Book contacts onlyorAnyone outside my company.
  • Enter the desired message for the out-of-office reply for senders outside your organization underReply once to each sender outside my company with:.
    • You can leave out contact details in this message for the world, for example.
• ClickOK.

我介绍一下pop/imap的方法。

1.选择Tools中的Rules，如图

3.会出现这样的界面。

4.看到没有在这儿也有exchange类型的，所以在这儿可以处理类型的account. 选择你的account类型，我的是pop的，所以在左边选择pop，然后点右边的加号，会出现配置界面，我的配置如下：

5.点击Reply Text...那个按钮，然后在其中输入你的自动回复信息，并点击OK。

6.最后回来界面如下：

好了，现在可以随时启动自动回复了。只需要在右边的勾选中与否即可。
