maven publish jar

其实我的需求很简单，通过pom发布依赖包到repository.

1. mvn install:install-file -Dfile=lib/test.jar -DgroupId=com.test -DartifactId=jar-test -Dversion=1.0 -Dpackaging=jar -DgeneratePom=true
