我现在只找到开/关自动完成的方法，就是将：
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\AutoComplete
下面的AutoSuggest的值修改为Yes或者No

有一个问题，默认的这个项的读写权限只开放给System，如果你要读取这个项下面的子项，需要通过RedEdt32.exe将这个项的权限开放给管理员或者当前用户。

但是这些数据好像是加密的，你可能需要自己分析一下。
